Bill Dempsey + The Simple Math is an original three-piece folk-rock project out of Stamford, Connecticut fronted by singer/songwriter and award-winning storyteller Bill Dempsey. Multi-instrumentalists Timothy Herold and Alexander McGuiness round out the trio, bringing jazz and funk sensibilities to the earnest, indie-rock spirit of the songs. The result is a performance both pointed and poignant as the band explores universal themes of love, loss, regret and hope from unexpected angles.
